7-8pm Monthly on the 1st Wednesday, The Sacred Acupuncture Group Session is a treatment which utilizes a series of acupuncture points located on the ear. The specific protocol is used to heal trauma and promote a greater, natural sense of peace and well-being. Acupuncture’s beneficial side effect of relaxation supports a meditative state. The acupuncture point selection is used for detoxification and to treat trauma, depression, anxiety, stress and insomnia. Coupled with the power of group meditation, recipients experience an enhanced state of relaxed awareness along with physical and energetic healing. Meditation cushions for sitting or lying needed. Session lasts about an hour or hour and a half depending on number of participants.
